Park Warden

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Park Warden to join our team at Harrison Leisure UK Ltd. As a Park Warden at White Rose Holiday Park, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the security, cleanliness, and positive atmosphere of our park. You will be responsible for customer service, safety, maintenance, and ensuring that all park rules and regulations are followed.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist guests upon arrival, providing information about park facilities, rules, and services.
  • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy.
  • Create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

Park Security and Safety:

  • Conduct regular patrols of the park to ensure the safety and security of all guests and owners.
  • Enforce park rules and regulations, maintaining a safe and orderly environment.
  • Respond to emergencies, incidents, or disturbances efficiently and calmly.

Maintenance:

  • Perform basic maintenance tasks to keep the park in good condition.
  • Report any issues requiring further repairs and coordinate with the maintenance team for timely resolution.

Communication and Documentation:

  • Keep accurate records of incidents, guest interactions, and any other relevant details.
  • Provide daily reports on activities and any notable incidents.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support the overall success of the park.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
  • Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a similar role or customer service environment is an advantage.
