Job Title: Park Warden

We’re looking for a Park Warden to become a key part of our team – someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and loves creating great experiences for people.

About the Role

As a Park Warden, you’ll be at the heart of daily life on the park. From greeting guests with a smile to ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, you’ll help create the relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere that makes Riverside Holiday Park so special.

This is a varied, hands-on role combining customer service, safety, and light maintenance – perfect for someone who enjoys no two days being the same.

Duties

  • Be a friendly, visible presence around the park, offering help and support to guests and owners
  • Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere where everyone feels valued
  • Carry out regular patrols to ensure the park remains safe, secure, and well-presented
  • Support the enforcement of park guidelines in a professional and approachable way
  • Respond calmly and effectively to any incidents or emergencies
  • Carry out basic maintenance tasks to keep the park looking its best
  • Spot and report any issues, coordinating with the maintenance team where needed
  • Keep clear and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and daily activities
  • Share updates with the team to ensure everything runs smoothly

Skills Required

Hours

This role is 32 hours per week, with an alternating 2-week rota:

  • Week 1: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday (5pm - 1am)
  • Week 2: Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday (5pm - 1am)
