We’re looking for a hardworking, friendly, and enthusiastic Park Warden to join our close-knit team. This is a live-in role with accommodation provided on park — ideal for anyone who loves the outdoors, enjoys meeting people, and takes pride in maintaining a beautiful environment.

Our award-winning, 5-star parks welcome holiday home owners and guests to enjoy touring pitches, luxury pods, static holiday homes, and charming holiday cottages — all set in some of the most beautiful countryside in the North West.
We have a full-time or seasonal position available across several of our parks, starting as soon as possible.

- Hours: 40 hours Monday to Sunday
- Location: Silverdale

- Cleaning and maintaining our touring facilities and rented accommodations to the highest standard, ensuring every area is spotless, inviting, and perfectly presented for our guests.
- Perform on-call duties, including site and/or alarm call outs, site & security checks and facilities checks outside of normal working hours.
- Inspection of touring/seasonal touring units and awnings during inclement weather, reporting & photographing any damage and liaising with owners as appropriate.
- Deal with conflict management of any situations that may arise at any time, including out of hours on-call periods. Reporting to Senior Management in detail any situations, persons and resolutions or further appropriate actions, with support of Management to achieve a favourable outcome.
- Perform a variety of groundwork and maintenance duties as instructed, including digging, edging, weeding, and general landscaping tasks. Operate site machinery (such as strimmer's, mowers, and other equipment) following appropriate training and in line with Health & Safety Guidelines and COSHH Regulations.
- Liaise with customers daily, investigating, handling and resolving any issues/customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Participate in and be actively involved in promoting park facilities, products and activities.
- Delivery of gas bottles in accordance with Health & Safety guidelines, with all deliveries appropriately recorded.

Essential
What We’re Looking For
- A full UK driving licence for manual vehicles
- Great customer service and communication skills
- Adaptable, reliable, and detail-oriented
Desirable
- Previous experience as a Holiday Park Warden
