Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Part 1 Architect with experience, based in Hove. The Part 1 Architect will support project delivery from concept through to technical design, assisting in developing drawings, 3D models, and presentations for domestic and commercial schemes.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting the project leader with preparing planning and building regulation packages, contributing to design development, and coordinating information with consultants and internal teams. The role involves supporting feasibility studies and ensuring design solutions respond to planning constraints and client objectives.
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 1 year of private practice experience (post Part 1), collaborate closely with architects and directors, participate in project meetings, and maintain organized documentation and digital project files.

Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a completed RIBA Part 1 or equivalent qualification.
- At least 1 year of post Part 1 experience in private architectural practice is preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch Up, VRAY, and Adobe Creative Suite for drawings, visuals, and presentations is essential.
- Some hand sketching ability would be useful.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and research skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work to deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate within a studio environment and respond constructively to feedback.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and willingness to work on-site in Hove on a full-time basis.
