We are looking for Part 1 Architectural Assistants with a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a love for design to start in our team this July.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of innovative design concepts for sports and entertainment facilities, including stadiums, arenas, and performance venues, as part of a collaborative project team.
- Produce and support the development of technical drawings and digital models using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino, enhancing both technical capability and project delivery.
- Assist in preparing high-quality visual materials, including renderings and presentation documents, to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and stakeholders.
- Participate in site visits, surveys, and inspections to gain practical insight into construction processes and project delivery challenges.
- Conduct research into emerging trends and best practices in sports and entertainment architecture, including areas such as crowd management and innovative venue design.
- Engage with senior architects, consultants, and engineers in a supportive, multidisciplinary environment, contributing ideas and learning from experienced professionals.
- Benefit from structured on-the-job learning opportunities, supporting the development of both design and technical skills within a specialist sector.

Key Requirements
- Must be available to attend interviews in May/June and commence employment in July.
- Recently completed, or due to complete, a Part 1 Architecture degree (or equivalent), with a strong interest in pursuing a career in architecture.
- Demonstrates a positive, proactive approach, with a clear enthusiasm for sports, entertainment, or experiential design.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Training and support will be provided where required.
- Strong design sensibility with the ability to think creatively and contribute to innovative, user-focused environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and respond constructively to feedback.
- A genuine interest in sports and entertainment architecture, with a desire to contribute to high-profile venue projects.
- Familiarity with Rhino, SketchUp, or V-Ray would be beneficial but is not essential.
