Summary

To administer and manage all aspects of stores related to Part 145 aircraft maintenance activities.

Main responsibilities

  • Stock Management
  • Management of all stores personnel
  • Management of bonded, Goods in/out, bulk and tools stores
  • Provide feedback on tooling, tools stores and tool control procedures
  • Coordination with customers and management of customer stock

  • Good commercial acumen
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver results
  • Positive approach towards identifying problems and solutions
  • Well organised person, capable of maintaining high levels of accuracy within stores and tool control
  • Good communication and team working skills

Skills/experience

  • 3 years’ aviation experience as Stores officer or similar role (logistics/procurement/warehouse)
  • 3rd party MRO experience advantageous
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Knowledge of EASA/CAA Part-145 legislation within materials scope highly advantageous
  • Strong IT skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Valid UK/EU driving license
