Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Important:
ArchiCAD competency is essential, with at least two years’ UK experience in RIBA Stage 4
What’s the job?
As a Part 2 Architectural Assistant, you will work as an integral part of our architectural design team, closely collaborating with our town planning team throughout the entire project lifecycle, from conception to completion.
From your very first day, you will join our small and friendly architecture practice based in Greenwich, where you will contribute to delivering technically robust solutions for a wide range of projects, including high-end refurbishments and new build housing schemes.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, and detail-oriented Part II Architectural Assistant with strong technical design abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for residential design.

You will need advanced ArchiCAD proficiency, a good understanding of building regulations and construction detailing, and at least two years’ UK experience in developing detailed tender and construction drawings and coordinating with consultants and contractors through RIBA Stages 4 to 5.
