What You’ll Do
- Lead projects from start to completion
- Manage client relationships
- Coordinate consultants and steer delivery
- Drive creative, technically sound design
- Assist with site visits
- Ability to manage workload to achieve project deadlines
- Have the ambition to learn and absorb information
- A personality that balances a good work ethic and enjoyment in the workplace

You’ll work directly with the founders, gaining real responsibility and the autonomy to make a difference.
Who You Are
- 3+ years’ UK experience
- Confident leading projects and presenting to clients
- Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spark
- Creative flare with understanding of technical knowledge
- Care about the environment and wellbeing of others
- Demonstrable experience on commercial projects
- Experience across all RIBA work stages
- Will have previous UK-based experience
- Strong knowledge of UK planning and building regulations
- Strong AutoCAD/Revit /BIM proficient
- Have attention to detail
- A high standard of written and spoken English
- Positive, proactive, and passionate
- Right to work in the UK
- Due to locations of our projects, you should possess a valid driving license and your own vehicle
