Our client is an AJ100, award-winning, employee-owned studio known for high-quality commercial, residential and hospitality work across the UK and internationally.
The Role
Our client is looking to appoint a Part III Technical Architect to join their Hospitality team. This is a great opportunity for a rounded architect with experience across all work stages, particularly Stages 3–5, to develop their technical skillset on large-scale hospitality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across all RIBA work stages, with a particular focus on Stages 3–5
- Coordinate with other consultants to ensure technical consistency
- Set up and manage drawing packages for façades and fit-out
- Contribute strong technical input across live hospitality projects

Key Requirements
- 1–3 years' post-qualification experience
- Rounded experience across all RIBA work stages, particularly Stages 3–5
- Good technical knowledge, with experience coordinating other consultants
- Experience setting up drawing packages for façades and fit-out
- Hospitality experience and exposure to larger-scale projects preferable, but not essential
