Part II Architectural Assistant | Residential Projects

Competitive Salary + Part III Support, Flexible Working, Mentoring, Exposure to Modular & R&D Projects & More!

For a Part II, the right practice can make a real difference to the kind of architect you become. This opportunity is with an award-winning, research-led studio that puts technology, sustainability and good design at the centre of everything it does. The practice works across London and internationally, and has built a strong reputation for residential and modular housing. It is now looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant with strong Revit skills to join its residential team and contribute to projects from early design through to delivery.

This role would suit someone who enjoys residential design, is confident using Revit and wants to work in a studio where new ideas and better ways of building are actively encouraged.

The Role

You'll work closely with Architects and Project Leads on a range of residential schemes, including modular housing and mixed-use developments. You'll help develop design proposals, produce coordinated Revit models and drawings, and support planning and technical packages.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
