We are looking for someone who values teamwork, integrity and professional development, and who is excited to play an active role in shaping strong, meaningful relationships with both our clients and our team.

About Us

BPG Architects + Surveyors is a multidisciplinary RIBA Chartered Practice with over 30 years of experience delivering innovative and responsible architecture across the residential, commercial, healthcare and educational sectors.
Our office is located in the historic Old Kings Head Court, a 16th-century building in the heart of Dorking town centre - a characterful setting that supports an open, collaborative and focused working environment. We are a 15-minute walk from three railway stations, making us accessible from surrounding areas while remaining deeply rooted in our local community.
At BPG, we believe that genuine collaboration, development and creativity flourish when teams work together in person. That is why we are a fully office-based practice, and we are particularly keen to hear from local candidates who share our ethos.

Our Work

With a strong technical foundation in working with existing buildings, BPG Architects + Surveyors delivers a diverse portfolio of projects, including change of use, complex refurbishments and specialist work in building envelope upgrades and facade remediation. Our projects typically range in construction value from £1 million to £20 million.
We have earned a trusted reputation for delivering technically robust solutions that prioritise compliance, durability and occupant safety, supported by clear communication and careful coordination throughout every project stage.
Looking forward, we are building on this expertise to grow our presence in the healthcare, education and whole-house residential refurbishment sectors. Across all project types, we maintain a consistent focus on fire safety, low-carbon design and sustainable, future-ready solutions.
As signatories to the Architects Declare movement, we are committed to the RIBA 2030 Climate Challenge, embedding carbon-conscious design at every stage of our work as we help clients transition toward net-zero emissions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
