About the Role
The Crowd are excited to be partnering with a mid-sized, multi-award-winning London based architecture practice with a reputation for intelligent, design-led architecture across various sectors – they are looking for a talented Part II / Project Architect to join their collaborative team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a range of high-quality, design-led commercial projects, with a particular focus on refurbishment and retrofit schemes across London. The successful candidate will play a key role throughout the design and delivery process, working closely with the wider team and external consultants to develop projects from concept through to completion.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical and design abilities, with recent experience working within the commercial sector. You will be confident producing detailed drawing and construction information, have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working as part of a close-knit and collaborative studio.

Please note this role is full time in office.
Key Responsibilities
- Work across a range of commercial, workplace and retrofit projects from concept through to completion
- Produce high-quality design, technical and construction information
- Coordinate with internal team members, external consultants and other project stakeholders
- Support projects through all stages, including gaining valuable on-site experience
- Demonstrate strong design flair and attention to detail across carefully considered and bespoke projects
- Contribute to a collaborative and sociable studio environment
Key Skills/Requirements
- Part II qualified or a qualified Architect with relevant post-Part III experience
- Recent experience working on commercial, workplace, refurbishment or retrofit projects
- Strong technical ability, with experience producing detailed drawing and construction information
- Experience working across multiple project stages, from concept through to delivery
- Vectorworks experience is highly desirable
- A strong eye for design, detailing and high-quality architecture
- Confident communication and coordination skills
- A collaborative, proactive and down-to-earth approach
