Job Opportunity for a Part-Qualified Financial Accountant
This is an excellent opportunity for a Part-Qualified Financial Accountant to join a growing property business, supporting financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance activities across a diverse portfolio. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll play a key role in month-end processes, financial analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives while progressing towards full qualification.

Description
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct variance analysis to identify key trends and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Help with audit preparations and liaise with external auditors as required.
- Contribute to process improvements within the accounting function.
Profile
A successful Part-Qualified Financial Accountant should have:
- Part-qualified/Finalist for ACCA, ACA, or CIMA (or qualified by experience).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience within a financial accounting or management accounting role.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes.
- Excellent Excel skills and experience with accounting systems.
- Confident communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Proactive, analytical, and capable of working independently.
- Experience within property, real estate, construction, or a multi-entity environment would be advantageous.

Job Offer
- Salary between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
- Performance-related bonus.
