Description
A part-time Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Officer responsible for supporting the financial operations of the business through accurate transactional processing, robust record keeping, and ensuring the smooth flow of financial information. The postholder will oversee the day-to-day management of customer invoicing, debt recovery, supplier payments, and financial administration.

This is a hands-on operational finance role requiring a diligent and organised individual capable of working independently, maintaining high levels of accuracy, and managing priorities effectively. The role plays a key part in maintaining healthy cashflow, ensuring invoice compliance, and supporting the wider finance and operations teams through reliable and timely transactional support.
Profile
A successful Part Time Accounts Administrator should have:
- Experience in an accounting or finance role.
- Experience with end to end payroll (this business has circa 100 + employees).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- An ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external parties.

Job Offer
- 20-28 hours on offer per week.
- Salary ranging from £32,000-£35,000 FTE, dependent on the level of experience.
- Permanent, part-time position offering flexibility.
