Part Time Accounts Assistant - Lewes
This role as a Part Time Accounts Assistant in Lewes supports the smooth running of the Accounting & Finance department within the industrial and manufacturing industry. You'll handle day-to-day financial tasks, ensuring the business stays organised and on track financially.

Description
- Process invoices and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist with bank reconciliations and monitor transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Maintain and update financial data in the system.
- Liaise with suppliers and customers regarding payments and queries.
- Prepare financial reports for internal use.
- Assist with payroll and other administrative finance tasks.

Profile
A Successful Part Time Accounts Assistant Should Have
- Experience in a similar role within accounting or finance.
- AAT or similar
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £27,000 to £30,000 - FTE.
- Fixed-term contract with potential for further opportunities.
- Must be a car driver
