The Role

  • Typing minutes and other correspondence.
  • Support the site team with admin duties.
  • Update progress reports from site team and keep client up to date.
  • Process maintenance timesheets for payroll.
  • Call handling from tenants.
  • Update weekly labour costs for construction and AM sites.
  • Booking appointments with tenants for access.
  • Lettering tenants.
  • Photocopying/scanning and keeping all contract files up to date.
  • Receiving, logging and distributing site project paperwork.
