The Role
- Typing minutes and other correspondence.
- Support the site team with admin duties.
- Update progress reports from site team and keep client up to date.
- Process maintenance timesheets for payroll.
- Call handling from tenants.
- Update weekly labour costs for construction and AM sites.
- Booking appointments with tenants for access.
- Lettering tenants.
- Photocopying/scanning and keeping all contract files up to date.
- Receiving, logging and distributing site project paperwork.

Skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good organisational skills to manage demanding workload.
