Your New Role
As a Data Entry & Administrative Assistant, you will play a key role in keeping business records accurate, organised and up to date. This is a varied administrative position with a strong focus on data entry, document management and general office support.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately entering and updating information across company systems and databases.
- Managing electronic and paper records to ensure documents are organised and easily accessible.
- Processing invoices and supporting documentation.
- Locating, filing and maintaining receipts and supporting records.
- Updating spreadsheets and maintaining accurate internal reports.
- Monitoring outstanding invoices and following up using established procedures and templates.
- Assisting with general administrative duties and office support tasks.
- Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administration and coordination activities.
- Assisting with purchasing and supplier-related administration where required.
- Identifying opportunities to improve administrative processes and record-keeping procedures.

What You'll Need to Succeed
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- A reliable and proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Previous administration, office support or data entry experience is beneficial but not essential.
