Your new company

A well-known organisation is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide Administrative support to their CEO. This role manages executive administration, governance support, meeting coordination, and document generation.

Work Pattern

  • Part-time 3 days, 21hrs, per week
  • 7.5 hours per day
  • Fully on-site in BA3

Your new role

You'll play an essential role supporting the CEO on a part-time basis. Key duties will be:

  • Managing a busy diary and coordinating meetings, events, and appointments.
  • Preparing meeting documentation.
  • Drafting routine correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Processing expenses and maintaining confidential records.
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries and acting as a key point of contact.
  • Coordinating travel arrangements and conference bookings.
  • Maintaining compliance records, filing systems, and documentation.
  • Supporting committee meetings and producing meeting minutes.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an Administration, Coordination, or Secretarial role.
  • Excellent diary management and meeting coordination skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Confidence in building relationships with senior stakeholders, suppliers, and external contacts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
