About The Role

This part-time administrator position in Chudleigh offers 20 to 24 hours weekly with a salary between £19,344 and £19,500 annually. This is a varied role where you’ll play an important part in supporting employees, management and the day-to-day running of the business.

About the Role

You’ll be a key point of contact for employees across the business, from apprentices and site teams through to project managers and directors.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Managing HR administration
  • Maintaining accurate employee information and training records
  • Coordinating training & new starter programs
  • Timesheet support
  • Assisting with any day-to-day HR queries
  • Maintaining the company documents and templates
  • Raising purchase orders and supporting invoice administration
  • Supporting fleet administration, including MOTs, servicing, tax, and vehicle records
  • Ordering office supplies & stationary
  • Providing general administrative support to the Directors and wider management team
  • Getting involved in company initiatives and supporting a positive workplace culture

About You

We’re looking for someone who is positive, approachable, and genuinely enjoys working with people.

You’ll Need

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Administration experience
  • Ideally have experience handling employee records and HR documentation
  • Confidence communicating with people at all levels
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • The ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • A flexible, team-focused attitude
  • Experience within a similar sector be advantageous but is not essential.
