🌟 Part-Time Administrator | Hebburn | Immediate Start

Looking for a part-time role that offers flexibility, variety and the opportunity to potentially become permanent? Office Angels are delighted to be recruiting for a Part-Time Administrator to join a friendly, fast-paced and supportive business based in Hebburn. This is an initial 3-6 month temporary assignment with a strong possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate, depending on business needs.   • πŸ’· Salary: Β£26,000 FTE
  • ⏰ Hours: 16-20 hours per week (Monday-Friday, office hours) with fully flexible working patterns to fit around your lifestyle
  • πŸš€ Start Date: Immediate
  • πŸ“„ Contract: Ongoing temporary assignment with genuine potential to become permanent

What You'll Be Doing

No two days are the same! You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office by:

  • Providing general administrative support across the business
  • Managing daily office administration and ensuring everything runs efficiently
  • Processing customer orders accurately and promptly
  • Monitoring and following up on customer orders, liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
  • Handling emails, correspondence and documentation
  • Supporting colleagues with a variety of office tasks as required

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in your work and is happy to get stuck in wherever needed. You'll ideally have:

  • Previous administration, sales administration or office support experience
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
  • A flexible, positive and proactive approach
