Part-time Administrator with basic Finance duties
📍 Bradford (BD8)
💷 Salary: £23,132.20 FTE (Pro Rata)
⏰ Hours: 14 Hours Per Week (Days have to be Thursday & Friday)
📄 Contract: Temporary for 6 Weeks and then you will be transferred to a Permanent contract
🏢 Sector: Charity
Please note an Enhanced DBS will be required. If you do not have one, we will be able to provide this.

We are working with a respected charity based in Bradford (BD8) that is seeking an experienced and highly organised Admin & Finance Officer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their role and takes pride in delivering high-quality administrative and financial support.
What You'll Be Doing
- Providing administrative and PA support to the senior leadership team
- Organising meetings, appointments and managing diaries
- Preparing professional correspondence, reports and presentations
- Taking accurate meeting minutes and distributing action notes
- Maintaining efficient filing, record-keeping and monitoring systems
- Supporting recruitment activities, including advertising vacancies and coordinating applications
- Assisting with committee meetings, annual reviews and organisational events
- Producing reports and analysing data to support management decision-making
- Managing office supplies, stock control and supplier relationships
- Maintaining accurate financial records and expenditure logs
- Assisting with petty cash management and reconciliations
- Liaising with utility providers and external stakeholders
- Supporting the Senior Finance Officer with day-to-day finance administration

What We're Looking For
✔ Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
✔ Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and email systems
✔ Excellent organisational and time-management skills
✔ Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
✔ High level of accuracy and attention to detail
✔ Ability to handle confidential information professionally
✔ A proactive, flexible and team-focused approach
