Part-time Office Administrator
Part-time office administrator sought, to work in Easton, Bristol or remotely from home. A great opportunity to work as part of a small, dedicated team, to help with the business’ growth and development. Could fit in well around childcare or other commitments.

We are looking for a part-time office administrator to deal with incoming telephone and email enquiries, and manage a booking system, as well as looking at ways to grow the business. Some knowledge of how a bike works will be essential so that you can speak to customers about their bikes. If you are local and mechanically minded there is also the potential for carrying out bicycle maintenance on customers’ bikes.

This role is dedicated to providing the administrative support behind a busy bicycle repair business, but could evolve into something much more diverse.
Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the owner and director of the company you will be key to the work we do, and a first point of contact for our customers. As such, reliability and a mature professional attitude to responsibility are essential.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
- Some understanding of bicycle mechanics
- Computer literacy
- Email (ideally gmail)
- Word processing and spreadsheets
- Good telephone manner
