Milton Keynes College Group delivers an exciting and varied curriculum and currently has a vacancy for an Advanced Quality Practitioner to work across the whole campus-based curriculum, as part of the wider Group Quality Team. It’s an exciting time to join a newly formed team and drive excellent T&L forward.

This is a part-time role - working pattern is not set, so it can be discussed with the successful candidate.

As a valued member of the Quality team, you will drive improvements in teaching, learning and assessment by identifying and developing models to share best practice, effectively coaching colleagues, and planning and delivering engaging CPD sessions. You will be innovative and demonstrate exemplary teaching and assessment practice. You will use a range of strategies to identify where we can improve our provision to ensure our teachers are well equipped to provide teaching and learning that support our learners to make sustained and substantial progress.
