Imagine turning your weekday afternoons into rewarding, fun-filled hours while helping a local family thrive. Koru Kids is looking for an enthusiastic, reliable Part-Time After School Nanny in Acton, West London, to look after two lovely primary-school-aged children.
About the Role
Working from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, you will provide a safe, engaging, and supportive environment during the after-school hours. This role offers the perfect balance if you are looking to fit a fulfilling job around your existing commitments, leaving your mornings, evenings, and weekends completely free.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect the two children safely from their local primary school in Acton at 3:00 pm and walk them home.
- Prepare simple, delicious after-school snacks and light meals to keep energy levels up.
- Help out with basic homework tasks, reading practice, and spellings in an encouraging way.
- Plan and enjoy engaging activities, from board games and baking at home to outdoor fun in the local park.
- Maintain a calm, tidy, and welcoming home environment until the parents return at 6:00 pm.

Required Skills & Experience
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their growth and happiness.
- An enthusiastic, imaginative, and responsible personality with a proactive attitude.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with both children and parents.
- Punctuality and dependability to manage the daily school pickup schedule smoothly.
- Eligibility to work in the UK on a part-time basis.
Nice-to-Have
- Previous experience in babysitting, summer camps, youth volunteering, or educational settings.
- Local knowledge of parks, libraries, and child-friendly spots in and around Acton.
- Confidence with basic home baking or creative arts and crafts.
