Airside Experience Associate - Signature Aviation, Luton FBO
Part time contract (24 hours per week)
Shift Pattern: 4-on, 2-off
Salary starting from: £16k+ (£27k full-time equivalent)

Your new role:
As an Airside Experience Associate, you will work closely with the Guest Experience team, guests and aircraft crew to deliver a seamless, world-class experience from arrival to departure. This varied role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to both front-of-house hospitality and airside operations, making it an ideal entry point into the aviation industry.
You will primarily be based within our Front of House (FOH) area, providing curbside assistance to guests arriving at the FBO. As one of the first people our guests meet, you will play an important role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience. You will safely load and unload baggage, support guest arrivals and departures, and work alongside the security team to manage access through the front barrier while maintaining a welcoming and secure environment.

Alongside your customer-facing responsibilities, you will support the delivery of a range of essential airside services, including:
- Chocking and wing walking
- Ground power, potable water and lavatory services
- Catering delivery coordination
- Aircraft towing support and aircraft movements
- Operating company vehicles and specialist ground service equipment
Maintaining a safe, clean and secure FBO and operational environment is a key part of the role. This includes supporting the upkeep of buildings, hangars and grounds, identifying and reporting unsafe conditions, and taking action to ensure the safety of guests, colleagues, aircraft and equipment.
About you:
You will be a minimum of 18 years of age with the ability to pass company background checks (criminal and motor vehicle), drug and alcohol tests, meet airport background check requirements to receive and maintain an airport ID, and be insurable by the Company's applicable insurance policies. You must hold the right to work in the UK and have a full UK driving licence. Flexibility of start and finish times within the shift pattern is required. This role requires the regular handling and movement of passenger luggage, which may involve lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling items of varying weights.
