PART TIME ARABIC SPEAKING GRAPHIC DESIGNER

LONDON - KENSINGTON

PART-TIME - 21 HOURS

£40,000 - £45,000 PRO RATA (£25,000-£27,000)

Get Recruited are recruiting on behalf of a well-established cultural and heritage organisation who are looking for a creative Graphic Designer to join their team on a part-time basis.

This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll take ownership of the organisation's visual marketing output, creating high-quality content across print, digital, social media, video and events.

You'll be joining an established and professional organisation where quality is valued over volume. This isn't an environment focused on producing content at speed; they're looking for someone thorough and creative who takes genuine pride in their work and thinks carefully about the best way to communicate information visually.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a broad creative role with plenty of ownership. This would be a great opportunity for someone in a Graphic Designer, Digital Designer, Multimedia Designer, Marketing Designer or similar role.

THE ROLE:

  • Creating high-quality marketing and promotional materials including flyers, brochures, posters, banners, invitations and event collateral
  • Producing engaging digital graphics and multimedia content for the website and social media channels
  • Creating and editing short-form videos, promotional clips and other multimedia content
  • Supporting marketing activity around conferences, events, training courses and other organisational projects
  • Creating visual assets and banners for the website and digital platforms
  • Editing photography, video and audio content
  • Ensuring all marketing materials maintain a consistent and professional brand identity
  • Preparing artwork and files to professional standards for both print and digital use
  • Creating templates and design materials for use across the wider organisation
  • Working closely with the Managing Director and colleagues to understand requirements and translate information into engaging visual content
  • Managing and organising digital assets including photography, videos, design files, logos and templates
  • Suggesting creative ideas and improvements to how the organisation communicates and presents its work

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
