The Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will help drive the performance of the store while supporting, motivating and developing the team.

You will lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional service and bringing the Jo Loves experience to life for every customer.

  • Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
  • Lead, motivate and support the team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Drive sales, conversion, ATV and UPT through exceptional customer engagement
  • Deliver personalised consultations and luxury customer service
  • Host our signature Fragrance Tapas and Shot Candle experiences
  • Support VIP appointments, events, influencer visits and store activations
  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and store standards
  • Support stock management, banking and operational procedures
  • Coach and develop the team through positive, hands-on leadership
  • Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within luxury or premium retail
  • Is passionate about fragrance, beauty and customer experience
  • Has a strong commercial mindset and enjoys working towards targets
  • Is confident, engaging and naturally builds relationships with customers
  • Is proactive, organised and comfortable taking responsibility
  • Enjoys coaching and motivating others
  • Leads from the front and loves being present on the shop floor
  • Is flexible and able to support the needs of a busy retail environment
