Renault Retail Group is expanding its presence at the iconic Battersea Power Station with rnlt, our modern, immersive boutique designed to bring the Renault brand closer to the community.

The rnlt space showcases Renault's latest electric and hybrid vehicles alongside lifestyle pieces from the Renault Originals collections. This purposefully compact, experience-driven environment blends warmth, design and digital interactivity, reflecting Renault Group's FutuREady strategy of elevating customer experience and embracing future technologies.

As a Brand Ambassador, you'll help visitors explore vehicles, merchandise and brand culture. This role combines customer-focused interaction with practical retail responsibilities in a busy, high-footfall environment.

To support increased visitor numbers, seasonal trading activity and extended opening hours during the autumn and Christmas period, we are recruiting an additional part-time Brand Ambassador on a fixed-term basis through to 31st December 2026.

This role will help support customer experience, merchandise operations, vehicle enquiries and wider store activities during one of the busiest trading periods of the year at Battersea Power Station.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome visitors and support them in exploring Renault's latest electric and hybrid models
  • Demonstrate in-car technology, including Google-powered infotainment, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
  • Support customers using rnlt's digital and AR/QR displays
  • Assist customers with our Renault Originals merchandise range
  • Support merchandise operations including stock checks, replenishment, display updates, item retrieval and customer transactions
  • Maintain stock integrity, protect display items during busy periods and prepare "sold" labels when needed
  • Maintain store supervision, keep customers informed when stepping away from the main retail area, and process payments and product orders
  • Support test-drive enquiries, bookings and ID checks
  • Support occasional in-store events, vehicle launches and promotional activities that help bring the Renault brand to life for visitors

What You'll Bring

  • Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or other customer-facing environments
  • A calm, organised approach and ability to prioritise during busy periods
  • Confidence supporting customers using Google, Apple and Android smartphone ecosystems
  • Experience in merchandise operations such as stock checks, click-and-collect, catalogue lookups or display support
  • A friendly, grounded communication style aligned with Renault's accessible brand
  • Strong attention to detail across stock, payments and customer information
  • A practical approach suited to blended vehicle-and-retail environments
  • Flexibility to work your agreed weekday/weekend pattern
  • Suitability for candidates living within easy reach of Battersea Power Station

Hours & Pay

This role is based on 20 hours per week for the duration of the fixed term. The pro-rata basic salary is £15,000 pa, with pro-rated OTE of £21,000 pa that is achievable. Occasional overtime may also be available.

The fixed-term contract ends on 31st December 2026.

Hired individuals that do well during this contract may be contacted for potential future full-time opportunities at our Battersea store, subject to business requirements.
