Part-Time Brand Ambassador

Step onto the luxury retail floor and bring advanced, botanical skincare science directly to discerning beauty shoppers.

We are seeking a dynamic and articulate Part-Time Brand Ambassador for an immediate-start contract through the bustling peak trading period to Christmas. Based on-site in London, primarily within the iconic halls of Liberty, with potential opportunities to support key accounts at Selfridges and Space NK, you will act as the face, voice, and trusted skincare advisor for an innovative premium brand.

Working across three set days, you will combine polished personal presentation with deep product knowledge to translate active botanical ingredients, skin barrier support, and healthy ageing into memorable retail experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, personalized skincare consultations on the shop floor, diagnosing client needs and recommending tailored product routines.
  • Drive sales and achieve retail KPI targets through confident storytelling, authentic engagement, active listening, and effective link-selling.
  • Represent the brand with flawless visual standards and gravitas, acting as an inspiring ambassador within prestigious luxury retail environments.
  • Educate shoppers on product formulations, active ingredients, skin health benefits, and the brand’s scientific philosophy.
  • Partner collaboratively with in-store teams to support promotional activities, key product launches, and seasonal trade.
  • Gather customer feedback and counter insights, relaying commercial and client trends back to the wider team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
