Are you an experienced administrator looking for a varied part-time role where you can play a part in becoming a valued member of our team?
We are looking for a reliable and organised Business Administrator to support the day-to-day running of our business. This role will cover general administration, estimating support, compliance, training, vehicle administration and some basic financial administration.
The position will initially be part-time, working from home, with the potential for the hours to increase as the role and business develops. There may also be the opportunity to work from a company office in the future.

The Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls and dealing with general enquiries
- Supporting our estimating function, including sending enquiries to subcontractors and suppliers
- Assisting with pre-qualification questionnaires, supplier accounts and other business documentation
- Helping to manage company accreditations, compliance records and renewal dates
- Organising staff training and maintaining relevant records
- Assisting with vehicle administration, including monitoring MOT and tax renewal dates
- Obtaining quotations for insurance and assisting with insurance administration
- Some basic bookkeeping administration support, mainly credit card reconciliations
- Providing general administrative support to the Managing Director and site teams

Who We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience within construction, property or a similar industry in an administrative or office support role
- Well organised and able to manage a varied workload and competing priorities
- Confident communicating with suppliers, subcontractors, clients and colleagues
- Good general IT skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently and take responsibility for completing tasks
- Reliable, professional and comfortable working from home
- Flexible in approach, particularly as the role and working hours may develop over time
