Quick Force Limited is seeking an experienced Part-Time Business Development Manager – Security Services to generate and win new commercial security contracts.

We are an SIA Approved Contractor for Security Guarding, providing professional security services to businesses and organisations across the UK.

This is a genuine new-business development role, not simply appointment setting or telesales. We are particularly interested in candidates with previous experience in UK manned guarding, security services, facilities management or a closely related B2B sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently identify and generate new commercial security opportunities.
  • Build and manage your own prospect database and sales pipeline.
  • Identify and approach relevant commercial decision-makers.
  • Generate opportunities through cold calling, email, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and existing industry relationships.
  • Develop relationships with Facilities, Procurement, Operations, Property, Construction, and Security decision-makers.
  • Arrange and attend client meetings and site surveys.
  • Understand prospective clients' guarding and operational requirements.
  • Prepare or assist with quotations, proposals, and tender opportunities.
  • Follow up opportunities systematically and progress them towards contract award.
  • Support the handover of successful contracts to Operations.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and opportunity records.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
