We’re an AI-powered learning and workforce compliance platform helping children’s homes, supported accommodation, and social care providers manage staff training, compliance, and regulatory requirements more effectively.
We’re already post-revenue with paying customers and now looking for a motivated Part-Time Business Development & Partnerships Executive to help us grow.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify and reach out to potential care providers and decision-makers
  • Build relationships with children’s homes, supported accommodation, and other social care organisations
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and telephone outreach
  • Follow up with prospects and book product demos
  • Develop referral and partnership opportunities with consultants and professionals in the sector
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow-ups
  • Help us turn conversations into paying customers

We’re looking for someone who:
āœ… Has experience in business development, sales, partnerships, or lead generation
āœ… Ideally understands the UK social care sector
āœ… Is confident communicating with business owners, Registered Managers, and senior professionals
āœ… Is comfortable using LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms
āœ… Can work independently and take initiative
āœ… Is target-driven, organized, and good at following up
āœ… Is comfortable with cold outreach and starting conversations

Social care experience is highly desirable. A strong network within children’s homes, supported accommodation, or adult social care would be a major advantage.
