Part-Time Business Support Administrator (Remote)

Location: Fully Remote (UK-based, ideally South of England)
Hours: 12–20 hours per week (flexible Monday–Friday)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)

Harper Water Management Group is an independent consultancy providing specialist advice and technical support for the safe management and use of water and wastewater systems across healthcare and non-healthcare sectors.

As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive and organised Business Support Administrator to become a key member of our team.

This is more than an administration role. You'll help keep our business running smoothly while supporting consultants, coordinating projects and improving the systems that support our continued growth.

What You'll Do

You'll play a central role in the day-to-day operation of the business by:

  • Supporting our consultancy team with administrative tasks
  • Preparing reports, quotations and technical documents
  • Raising invoices and assisting with financial administration
  • Managing consultant diaries, meetings and Water Safety Audits
  • Liaising professionally with clients and external organisations
  • Maintaining and improving business systems and processes
  • Supporting project tracking and workload planning

About You

You'll be someone who enjoys being organised, solving problems and keeping things running efficiently.

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous administration or business support experience
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities independently
  • A professional, proactive and dependable approach
