Company Description Home Instead is the world’s leading provider of non-medical care and companionship services for older people. Job Description We are looking to grow our brilliant team of Carers particularly for tea time and evening calls. We provide quality care that makes a real difference to the people we care for at home. With minimum hour long calls and personalised support with clients who you're matched with, this is home care at its very best. You must be able to commit to working every other weekend. Our Care Professionals are trained to help our clients remain independent, active and safe. Every call is different as it's based on the needs of each individual. Qualifications No qualifications required. Full training provided. All we ask is that you have a big heart and want to make a difference to our clients lives. Additional Information As a Care Professional you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support. Benefits include: Regular hours and clients Introductions / Shadows to all clients Enhanced rate of pay at weekends and bank holidays Mileage allowance - 40p per mile Free accredited training Refer a friend scheme Health Care benefits Excellent pension scheme No 15-minute call company Pay Rates: £13.80ph Due to the nature of the role, caring for clients in their own homes and assisting clients to access the community, we require all of our Care Professional to have a suitable independent means of transport.
