Job Details
- Shift: Monday to Friday, 9am to 1pm
- Pay: £14.50 per hour plus holiday pay accruing
- Location: Watford – WD24
- Start Date: ASAP
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Caretaker to work on a temporary ongoing basis at a large residential development in Watford. Working independently, you will be responsible for:

- Maintaining the communal areas to a high standard
- Carrying out regular patrols, litter picking, bin store management, general maintenance tasks, minor repairs, contractor supervision
- Investigating resident issues such as leaks, noise complaints, and communal facility concerns
- Completing routine health and safety checks, including fire door inspections, emergency equipment testing, and site inspections
- Ensuring the development remains safe, clean, and well maintained at all times

Requirements
- Significant experience gained within a similar role
- Previous experience of delivering excellent customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good understanding of Health and Safety processes
