About the Role
You will be responsible for receiving and securely storing daily deliveries while checking them against documentation, preparing requisitions, trolleys, and classrooms for practical teaching sessions, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all RWE areas by cleaning utensils, equipment, and facilities in line with schedules and using the correct PPE. It also includes carrying out deep cleaning of kitchen equipment as required, managing weekly linen and laundry collections with accurate record-keeping, reporting any discrepancies to the Line Manager, and ensuring full compliance with Food Safety Regulations (SFBB) by completing all required food safety management records.

Requirements
- Experience of working in a catering environment and basic food hygiene certificate would be an advantage but applicants must be prepared to undertake the food hygiene certificate upon starting.
- Computer literacy is essential.
