At Eastwood Park we are proud of the beautiful surroundings in which we work and want to make sure that lots of others get to enjoy this wonderful venue. We are looking for a Chef de Partie to deliver a first class service to the training delegates, other visitors and staff through the smooth running of the kitchen at our training centre.

You will have strong food preparation skills and the confidence to work with fresh ingredients as well as:

  • Experience of working as a Commis Chef producing food for large numbers of guests and looking for a move to the next level.
  • A willingness to learn and progress within the industry and an openness to training to develop proficiency
  • An ability to work as part of a team but equally capable of working alone if required, running the kitchen in the absence of the Catering Manager with a flexible, good mannered and co-operative approach.
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety rules within a kitchen.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
