Role Description
The Part-Time Cleaner role at CJB Cleaning & Property Maintenance is an on-site position based in Birmingham.

This role involves performing routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, polishing surfaces, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, and ensuring all rooms are tidy and presentable. The cleaner will also assist with deep cleaning projects and end-of-tenancy cleans, following company checklists and quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Respecting client privacy and property
This is a full-time role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
Qualifications
- Strong practical cleaning skills, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and thorough bathroom and kitchen cleaning.
- Ability to follow cleaning checklists and procedures for regular, deep, and end-of-tenancy cleans.
- Good time management and organizational skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled appointments.
- Awareness of health and safety practices, including safe use of cleaning products and equipment.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards.
- Clear and courteous communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Previous professional cleaning experience is beneficial but not essential; training can be provided.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Right to work in the UK and willingness to travel within Bognor Regis and nearby areas as required.
