Part-Time Cleaner – Early Morning (Exeter, EX2)
£12.21 per hour | Ongoing Work | Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a reliable and trustworthy Cleaner to work at a secure commercial site in Exeter (EX2 area). This is a part-time role, ideal for someone looking for a small number of consistent hours each week.
Working Hours
- Tuesday: 07:00 – 08:00
- Friday: 07:00 – 08:00
- Total: 2 hours per week
The Role
Duties will include:
- Cleaning office and operational areas
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
- Maintaining hygiene standards across the site
- General touchpoint cleaning

This role involves lone working, and you may be required to:
- Act as a key holder
- Use an alarm system (training provided)
- Use a telephone-based time & attendance system
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Must be reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Comfortable working alone and taking responsibility for site access
- Good attention to detail

Compliance Requirements (Mandatory)
Due to the secure nature of this site, all candidates must be able to pass:
- DBS Check
- Adverse Credit Check
- Right to Work in the UK verification
Candidates must bring valid RTW documentation to induction. Failure to do so will result in the placement being withdrawn.
What We Offer
