Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour
Hours: 10 hours per week
Days: 5 days per week
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a reliable Part-Time Cleaning Operative to work at a commercial site in York. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity providing 2 hours of cleaning per day, 5 days per week, for a total of 10 hours per week.
Duties
- General cleaning throughout the site
- Cleaning offices and communal areas
- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors
- Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
- Wiping and sanitising surfaces and touchpoints
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste
- Replenishing consumables where required
- Cleaning kitchen and staff welfare areas
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the building

Requirements
- DBS check required
- Valid Right to Work documentation
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently
- Good attention to detail
- Able to commit to 2 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Looking for a longer-term position
