Part-Time Cleaning Operative – Durham (Rainton Bridge)
£12.21 per hour | 10 hours per week | Temp to Perm
We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Operative to join a key site in Durham (Rainton Bridge). This is a part-time role offering consistent hours with the opportunity to go permanent.
Shift Details
- 10 hours per week
- 2 hours per day
- Flexible working between 08:00 – 18:00
- Monday to Sunday (rota basis)
Duties Will Include
- Cleaning warehouse and industrial areas
- Cleaning offices, meeting rooms and breakout areas
- Kitchen and washroom cleaning
- Moving light equipment, stock and pallets
- General site cleaning to a high standard

Requirements
- Physically fit (manual role within a warehouse environment)
- Reliable, professional and well-presented
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work around senior management areas
Site & Compliance Requirements
- Must bring valid photo ID on first day
- Must complete pre-site training before starting:
- COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)
- BICSc modules (Colour Coding, Hand Hygiene, Chemical Safety, PPE)
