Client Advisor – Luxury Retail - PART TIME
Salary: £24,000+ bonus/commission
Location: London
Contract: Part time X4 days per week
We are currently recruiting for Client Advisors on behalf of a prestigious luxury retail brand with boutiques across London.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a heritage luxury business renowned for its craftsmanship, exceptional client experience, and commitment to excellence.
The Role
As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering an elevated and personalised shopping experience, building lasting client relationships, and supporting the achievement of boutique sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer service at all times.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Develop strong product knowledge and confidently share brand stories.
- Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
- Ensure boutique standards are maintained to the highest level.
- Contribute positively to the overall client experience and team culture.

About You
- Previous experience within luxury retail, premium retail, beauty, fragrance, or high-end hospitality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Professional, polished, and well-presented.
- Sales-driven with a proactive attitude.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment.
