About Us
At Fuller Fitness, we are a premium Small Group Personal Training gym dedicated to delivering high-quality, results-driven coaching within an incredible member community in Market Drayton. To protect our operational standards and ensure our members always receive world-class service during our peak hours, we are expanding our team. We are looking for a reliable, punctual, and highly capable Morning & Weekend PT Coach to join us.
The Role
This is a fully employed (PAYE) position designed for a coach who thrives on early mornings and takes pride in operational excellence. You will play a vital role ensuring the facility is unlocked and prepared ahead of our first 6:15 AM session.
During the morning rush, you will either coach alongside our full-time coaches to provide peak-time floor support, or coach the session solo if numbers allow, freeing them up to focus on essential gym administration. You will also take sole ownership of the facility during your scheduled Saturday shifts, which will include welcoming and onboarding our newest members. High standards of cleanliness are central to our brand, so maintaining and cleaning the facility is a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Morning Operational Security: Ensure the Fuller Fitness facility is unlocked, set up, and ready to welcome members ahead of the first 6:15 AM session.
- Flexible Coaching Delivery: Confidently coach small group personal training sessions using our gym's pre-written programs, either working alongside a full-time coach during busy slots or leading the floor solo so the full-time team can complete admin tasks.
- Independent Saturday Operations: Open, run, and close the facility entirely independently on your scheduled Saturday shifts (7:00 AM – 1:00 PM, once every 4 weeks).
- Member Onboarding: Confidently deliver welcoming, high-quality onboarding sessions for new members on Saturdays, helping them integrate smoothly into the Fuller Fitness community.
- Gym Standards & Cleaning: Take pride in keeping the gym immaculate. This includes executing specific cleaning checklists during the week as time allows between sessions, alongside a dedicated cleaning schedule on your Saturday shifts.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

- Autonomy & People Skills: The confidence, maturity, and warmth to welcome new faces, manage member enquiries, and run Fuller Fitness completely alone on Saturdays.
- High Standards: Someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and maintain a spotless training environment for our members.
- Growth Mindset: A coach looking to get their foot in the door with a growing business, with the desire to pick up more hours as we expand.
