We invite you to a fulfilling role as a Part-Time Community Care Professional with Home Instead. This position offers a unique chance to profoundly impact individuals in your local community. Your role extends beyond providing essential support and companionship; it's about nurturing lasting relationships and enhancing the well-being of our clients not only during the festive season but all year round.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalised care and assistance in the comfort of clients' homes.
- Engage in daily activities such as preparing meals, managing light housekeeping, and attending to personal care needs.
- Provide emotional support and companionship, tailoring your approach to each client's individual needs and preferences.
- Various hours available, including availability for some weekends and holidays, to provide consistent and reliable care.
- Keep precise records of care provided and report any significant changes in a client's condition.
- Participate in regular training to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
