Part-Time Content Creator

Remote | Approx. 20 hours per week | Start ASAP

About C2

C2 Consultancy works with founder-led businesses across business strategy, systems, automation, AI and operational improvement.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Part-Time Content Creator to join us and help develop and manage our content across LinkedIn and Instagram.

The Role

You'll initially focus on C2's own social media, creating a varied mix of Reels, short-form video, carousels, graphics and written content. You'll be involved from developing ideas and creating and editing content through to scheduling and publishing.

We have an established brand and a clear understanding of how we want C2 to be positioned, so being able to understand our voice, audience and what makes our content recognisably ours will be important.

We want this to be a collaborative role. We'll bring plenty of ideas and direction, but we'd also love you to bring your own. We're looking for someone who keeps up with what's happening across LinkedIn and Instagram, enjoys trying new approaches and can bring creativity and fresh thinking to what we're already building.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

  • Editing Reels and short-form video
  • Creating carousels, graphics and other visual content
  • Writing and refining captions

  • Supporting selected client content as the role develops

What We're Looking For

You'll need previous experience creating social media content and be confident taking an idea through to a finished piece of content.

We're looking for someone creative, organised and comfortable working independently, while also enjoying being part of a collaborative team.

Experience with Meta Ads or Google Ads would be a real bonus, as would filming, photography or experience supporting content days.

The Details

This is a remote, part-time role of approximately 20 hours per week, with some flexibility around the hours. We're looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.

We're also open to hearing from freelancers who would like a regular, ongoing part-time commitment alongside their existing work.
