About C2
C2 Consultancy works with founder-led businesses across business strategy, systems, automation, AI and operational improvement.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Part-Time Content Creator to join us and help develop and manage our content across LinkedIn and Instagram.
The Role
You'll initially focus on C2's own social media, creating a varied mix of Reels, short-form video, carousels, graphics and written content. You'll be involved from developing ideas and creating and editing content through to scheduling and publishing.
We have an established brand and a clear understanding of how we want C2 to be positioned, so being able to understand our voice, audience and what makes our content recognisably ours will be important.
We want this to be a collaborative role. We'll bring plenty of ideas and direction, but we'd also love you to bring your own. We're looking for someone who keeps up with what's happening across LinkedIn and Instagram, enjoys trying new approaches and can bring creativity and fresh thinking to what we're already building.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
