Company Description
CROWNWELL TRAINING LTD requires experienced CQC registered Manager to lead a small domiciliary agency. The job is part time (4 - 8 hours) on remote basis. Salary is based on the hours and experience.
Role Description
The CQC Registered Manager (Part-time, remote) will oversee the regulated activities of the organization, ensuring compliance with Care Quality Commission (CQC) standards and relevant legislation. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Maintaining and updating policies and procedures
- Monitoring quality and safety of services
- Preparing reports and documentation required by regulatory bodies

The manager will provide leadership in governance and risk management, respond to concerns or complaints, and support continuous improvement of service delivery. This role involves:

- Regular remote communication with staff and partners
- Participation in audits and inspections
- Ensuring that customer experience and safeguarding principles remain central to all activities
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to drive high levels of Customer Satisfaction and deliver effective Customer Service.
- Experience with Inventory Management and Inventory Control to support organized and compliant operations.
- Knowledge of Service Parts processes and oversight of related systems and records.
- Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager or in a similar regulated care or training environment.
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, governance, risk management, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Relevant professional qualification in health and social care, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and compliance.
