Job Title: Part Time Customer Service Advisor

Location: Havering

Term: 3 months initially

Rate: £15.20

Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to join their dynamic Housing and Environmental Services team. This exciting role involves handling a variety of inquiries related to housing, homelessness, waste management, potholes, trees, parks, and street lighting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls and inquiries with professionalism and care.
  • Provide accurate information and support to customers regarding various services.
  • Resolve issues and concerns effectively, even in challenging situations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What The Organisation Offers

  • Initial office-based training in Romford for approximately 6 months.
  • Transition to a flexible hybrid working model post-training, allowing some days to be worked from home.
  • Part-time role at 21 hours per week, with working hours between Monday and Friday, from 8:50 am to 5:02 pm (specific days and hours can be discussed).

Ideal Candidate

  • Possesses excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle difficult customer interactions.
  • Quick to learn various services and IT systems.
  • Previous experience in a call centre or busy customer service environment is highly advantageous.
  • Maths test will be conducted at interview stage
