About The Role
This part-time Customer Service Advisor role in Tamworth offers 22.5 hours weekly, worked either as three full days from Monday to Wednesday or four shorter days between Monday and Thursday. Based on the outskirts of Tamworth, the position is fully on-site and requires transport, with a salary of £16,380 annually on a twelve-month maternity contract starting November 2026. Duties include answering client enquiries, processing orders, checking stock levels, confirming delivery dates, and updating records with precision. I am working with a prestigious customer who are based on the outskirts of Tamworth (transport/car needed) who boasts an impressive catalogue of bespoke products to businesses all over the UK.
This is a part-time role - 22.5 hours per week, either 3 full days (Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday) or 4 short days Monday to Thursday.
Please note this is an on-site position - NO HYBRID.
Working in a vibrant and bubbly team, you will respond to customer enquiries, enter and process customer orders, check stock availability, notify customers of delivery dates and order requirements to relevant teams - maintaining professionalism and accuracy at all times.

In addition, you will maintain the customer database with accurate contacts, order records, follow service procedures, and work to agreed service level agreements.
We are looking for experienced customer service clerks with previous order processing work history.
You will need to possess first-class customer service communication both verbal and written, have strong attention to detail with the ability to organise and prioritise your workload.
A customer-centric role, you need to be customer-focused and willing to learn products, systems, and procedures.
