We're looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Driver Care team in Lyde Green on a part-time basis.
This is a great opportunity if you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and working as part of a close-knit team. Every day is different, and you'll play an important role in making sure our customers receive the help and support they need.
The role is ideal for anyone looking for part-time hours that fit around family commitments, studies, or other responsibilities.
What you'll be doing…
- Speaking with customers and responding to queries by phone and other communication channels
- Taking ownership of customer issues and seeing them through to resolution
- Keeping customers updated and managing expectations throughout the process
- Investigating and resolving complaints and service issues
- Recording customer interactions accurately on our systems
- Following up on customer feedback and outstanding actions
- Making outbound calls to customers when needed
- Working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver the best outcome for customers
- Suggesting improvements that could make life easier for our customers or improve the way we work
- Keeping your knowledge up to date through ongoing training
What we're looking for…
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional approach
- Someone who enjoys helping people and finding solutions
- Confidence dealing with a variety of customers and situations
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable using computer systems and learning new processes
- This is a telephone-based role, so it is important you're happy on the phones and keen to help, with a can-do attitude

Important information
- Working hours are 10:00am to 2:30pm, Monday to Friday
- You'll need to be available to attend a two-week full-time induction and training programme
- After training, you'll move onto your part-time working pattern
- We're aiming for start dates in mid-September
