Driver Role in Dudley
We are looking for a professional and flexible Driver to undertake deliveries throughout the West Midlands, from our branch in Dudley. This role is perfect for someone looking for steady part-time income with the opportunity for additional hours.
This role involves delivering essential bearings, power transmission, and fluid power products to our valued customers throughout the West Midlands. You'll be part of a team of drivers, ensuring the workload is shared efficiently. To be successful, you'll need a clean driving licence and a strong commitment to providing excellent customer care.
Key Responsibilities & Schedule
You will be an integral part of our small operations team, ensuring timely deliveries/transportation during our peak end-of-week period.

- Thursday: 08:30 to 17:30 (8 hours worked)
- Friday: 08:30 to 16:30 (7 hours worked)
- Flexibility: While your core hours are set, we look for a team player who can occasionally cover holiday leave or busy seasonal peaks.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a vehicle to transport goods to designated locations while adhering to traffic regulations.
- Load and unload items, ensuring proper handling and heavy lifting techniques are used. Undertake light warehouse duties in the branch.
- Maintain accurate delivery records.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns professionally.

The main duties are delivery of small to medium packages to customers throughout the West Midlands in a small company van.
The role also includes some light warehouse duties, including checking goods in and preparing and packing orders for dispatch.
You must have a clean, current driving licence and should live close to our branch in Dudley.
You should be of smart appearance and must have a fantastic can-do attitude.
